I just returned to Japan from my trip to Philly (i.e Philadelphia) and while completing the Japanese customs declaration, I noticed a number of mistakes. Here are the excerpts from the form, try and correct it yourself and then below for the correct answers:

1. Any items you have been requested from someone eles to bring into Japan
2. …please write your belongings in “Description of Personal Effects” of side B.
3. “REPORT OF CARRYING OF MEANS OF PAYMENT”
4. If the total market value of each personal items dose not exceed ￥10,000, you need not write it to this Declaration Form.
5. There is no duty-free allowances for alcoholic beverages and tobacco products for those under 20 years old.
6. As for children under 6 years old, duty-free allowances is limited to the articles owned for their personal use.

Here are my corrections:
